At Gut Feeling Clothing, we pride ourselves on providing personalised, high-quality apparel tailored that is unique. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have a strict No Refunds, No Exchanges and No Change of Mind policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. No Refunds or Exchanges

  • Personalised Products: As all our items are personalised including custom designs, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges once your order has been confirmed and payment has been made.

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you are happy with your order before finalising the purchase.

 

2. Damaged or Defective Goods

  • Reporting Damaged Goods: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 daysof receiving your order. We will assist in resolving the issue, including offering a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

  • Proof of Damage: You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect to help us process your request more efficiently.

 

3. Order Mistakes or Errors

  • If you believe there has been an error in your order, such as incorrect personalisation, please contact us immediately. If we made an error, we will do our best to rectify the issue by providing a replacement or offering a suitable solution.

 

4. Shipping Errors

  • If an order is not received or has been delivered incorrectly (e.g., wrong address, package lost in transit), please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for shipping delays or issues caused by third-party carriers.

 

5. No Refunds for Sale or Discounted Items

  • Any sale or discounted items are also subject to the same no refunds, exchanges, or change of mind policy.
