SHIPPING POLICY

At Gut Feeling Clothing, we strive to provide an efficient and reliable shipping experience for our customers across Australia and New Zealand. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following shipping terms:

1. Shipping Locations

We currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand. We do not offer international shipping outside of these regions at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days of receiving your payment.

  • Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • Processing time may be extended during peak seasons, such as holidays or sales events. We will notify you if there are any significant delays in processing your order.

 

3. Shipping Methods

  • We offer standard shipping via reliable courier services within Australia and New Zealand. The shipping method and carrier will be selected based on your location and package size.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

 

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based quantity and destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Any additional shipping charges, such as taxes, customs duties, or extra fees (if applicable), will also be calculated at checkout and added to your total.

 

5. Delivery Time

  • Australia: Typically, delivery will take between 5-10 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

  • New Zealand: Typically, delivery will take between 7-14 business days. Delivery time may vary based on location.

 

Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, shipping carrier delays, or public holidays. While we strive to meet the stated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. You can use this information to track your package via the carrier’s website. If you have not received tracking details or if your tracking information is not updating, please contact us at info@gfkitchen.com.au

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

  • We cannot ship to international locations outside of Australia and New Zealand.

  • Delivery is only available to addresses in the Australia and New Zealand regions as stated above.

 

8. Undeliverable Packages

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect your package, we will notify you and may offer to reship your order at an additional cost. Gut Feeling Clothing is not responsible for any lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

 

9. Missing or Damaged Items

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment, and we will work to resolve the issue. You may be asked to provide images of the damage for us to assist you further.

  • Missing Items: If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately at info@gfkitchen.com.au. We will review the shipping details and help locate your item.
